So I bought the game. The only way I can get over 35 is by putting everything on low Not sure wether I'd rather have good gameplay and bad graphics or good graphics and bad gameplay. At least the game is playable, just has bad graphics. Well I'm glad it's at least playable, and as I suspected on low -- low-medium settings.

What I suggest now is you try to set Player detail to Medium, leaving everything else Low. This way the players look better and you won't notice the lack of visual appeal in the Arena and Crowd as much as you would for the players. You'll just have to "tinker" with the settings a bit to find a balance between performance and visuals.
